With increased US sanctions on mobile chip technologies from China, unprecedented demand from education establishments globally and the stop-start of eastern production and transportation; its no surprise that many in in the press are reporting global shortages.

Sadly we have seen many customers, and therefore pupils let down by other suppliers and vendors. Over commitment by account managers who are driven to quickly add orders to meet pipeline targets and slow to inform customers of delays is totally unacceptable.

We are working with vendors to find solutions to alleviate these pains.
